1. No Guarantees

First and foremost, we do not guarantee anything. Our primary responsibility is to provide you with exposure and/or potential offers. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive offers, as the decision to extend offers lies strictly with colleges and universities at all levels (NAIA, D1, D2, D3, JUCOs). We also do not guarantee placement at any prep school, post-graduate program, or college. Our role is to focus on gaining exposure for you.

2. Athlete’s Decision

Should you receive an offer, the decision to accept or decline the offer will be entirely up to you and your family, whether it is a full or partial academic/athletic scholarship offer. Upon receipt of the required payment for our services, we will provide our services for a 30-day period. During this time, we will actively promote you to colleges and universities across all 50 states and Canada through emails, texts, social media, and phone calls.

3. Exclusive Commitment

While working with 20belowtheradar, you are exclusively committed to our recruiting services and are prohibited from engaging any other recruiting service. Additionally, you are not allowed to display your phone number on any of your social media accounts. All coaches must first contact 20belowtheradar to reach you, the athlete.

4. Social Media Requirements

You are required to tag and mention 20belowtheradar in all of your social media posts. Should you commit to a school, you are also required to provide two testimonials—one before your college enrollment and another while you are in college—regarding the services provided by 20belowtheradar.

5. Our Goal

Our goal is not only to promote your athletic career but also to elevate the profile of the company.

6. Service Scope and Limitations

Please note that you are not allowed to choose the states, colleges, or universities you wish to pursue, as this would limit the effectiveness of our efforts. After the initial 30-day period, if you wish to continue our services, a monthly fee of $39.99 will be applied.
